1. Right of withdrawal & conditions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To be eligible for a refund, the items must:

It must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging .

Must have a completely undamaged plastic protective film (original seal) .

❌ Note: In accordance with EU health and hygiene guidelines, opened or unsealed perfumes and cosmetic products are strictly excluded from return.
2. Return process & address
To exercise your right of return, please inform us within 14 days about:

After receiving notification, please send the goods securely packaged directly to our logistics center: De Poort 85, 4411 PB Rilland, Netherlands
The customer is responsible for the goods until they arrive safely at our warehouse in the Netherlands.
3. Return shipping costs

Change of mind: In the event of a cancellation, the customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

Defective or incorrect items: If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs without exception.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the goods at our warehouse in Rilland, we will refund all payments received (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned without original packaging or with damaged plastic film/seal .
